• Recruiter works with client on deep understanding of JD

• Prepares list of candidates meeting the requirement

• Respective functional experts screens the lists to prepare short listed candidates

• Functionals experts do the 1st level interview of the candidates which covers the technical and HR aspects.

• Provides client final list of candidates
